RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY
Cascade Lighting, Inc. cannot accept the following items for return or exchange:
Lamps, modified items, installed products, replacement parts, special order or non-stock products, sales aids or in store items purchased over 30 days.
Expense incurred to return merchandise to Cascade Lighting, Inc. is the customer’s responsibility.
RETURNS NOTE
No cash refunds on returns. Credit for future merchandise will be issued.
STOCK MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITHIN PAST 30 DAYS
30-Day Policy
We will take back STOCK merchandise up to 30 days after your original date of purchase. All approved returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Cascade Lighting, Inc. will honor the established warranty of each manufacturer in dealing with defective merchandise.
In no event shall Cascade Lighting, Inc. be liable for contingent, incidental or consequential damages because of the products use. Warranties may be voided by improper usage of the item(s).
